Working with Pam was life-changing and I will be forever grateful for the experience. The tools, support, compassion, and insight that I received created a space for me to safely navigate emotions, triggers, traumas, and pain that I was, both, unaware of and often too scared to venture into in past therapy sessions. Pam is one of a kind and has been a huge catalyst in my healing journey.

Pam has changed my life forever. I've done therapy before but no one has understood and supported me the way Pam does. I have seen major changes in my life spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically, all thanks to the work Pam has done with me. The drastic all or nothing mentality I've lived my whole life with, is no longer a part of my accepted normal. I am finally able to recognize the signs of abuse in myself and others and can protect myself in ways I never could before. I am able to foster and appreciate meaningful relationships and finally let go of the relationships that do not serve me. I am able to set boundaries with the people in my life, and release the resentment I have towards my parents. I now have the tools to acknowledge, respond, and release. Pam has truly saved my life and I am forever grateful.

My husband and I sought a therapist as a preventative measure in order to help us ensure we addressed any underlying issues before starting our family planning process. It was important to us to find a therapist that was a person of color, understood our cultural norms, was fair and objective to both viewpoints. Pamela was everything we could have asked for and more. Our sessions often brought up issues that we subconsciously avoided. She provided us with constructive assignments to focus on in between sessions and provided us with tangible exercises to help us better our communication skills. It has been several months since our sessions and we are still in a very happy space. We still use the techniques taught to us by Pamela and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and effective sessions.

Parent-(Adult) Child Therapy
Moments have happened between parent and child that still hurt, and they may be compromising the sense of trust, safety, and peace you want to feel. You want to stop repeating past behaviors in this relationship, yet don't know how. In Parent-Adult Child Therapy, we examine the patterns that are affecting your ability to move forward. We implement accountability, empathy, and protection within the communication. The past is used as leverage and not a detriment to a healthier relationship now.

Pam Jackson is truly heaven-sent. I know that may seem dramatic but if you've ever dealt with the debilitating effects of C-PTSD then you know how life-changing having actual support and effective interventions can be. Pam displays an incredibly empowering balance of warmth and competence, compassion and authority. I've felt safe enough in her care to address some of my earliest wounds and I’ve been challenged to grow in ways that allow me to keep myself safe too. Pam is expertly trauma informed and EMDR trained, which has also been a game changer in my journey. The last thing I’ll add is that if you’re Black or Brown, or queer or disabled or any kind of marginalized, and you’ve been disappointed by practitioners who don’t prioritize or embody anti-oppressive values, you will NOT have that same experience with Pam. I truly cannot recommend her practice enough.

I would highly recommend Pamela Jackson as a therapist. She has the ability to guide you through your feelings while teaching you new ways to deal with what ever concerns you may have. Through my year of working with her, I have experienced so much growth from the way I handle others to the way I speak to myself and handle myself to being taught skills to center myself in my most emotional moments. I am forever grateful for the experience and would recommend her services to anyone that would listen.
Pattern-Breaking Group Therapy
In an online setting of no more than 10 participants, this group learns to break patterns that don’t serve them, specifically in areas that feel impossible to stop perpetuating. We start with psycho-education and skills-based lessons, then use role-play to demonstrate and reinforce real-life application. Each member receives a workbook and an accountability partner. This group meets in 6-8 week cycles.

I can't say enough about how fruitful our sessions have been. Not only does Pam possess a wealth of knowledge and clinical expertise, she also has the ability to truly connect with personal and cultural perspectives. With Pamela I feel seen and heard. She’s able to notice oncoming tears, changes in breath, and emotional shifts all through virtual sessions which is so incredible to me. Our sessions have helped me begin to create a healing environment within myself. Pamela is intuitive, mindful, and educational. I highly recommend her!

Pam Jackson has been my therapist for quite some time now and to put it in simplest terms, all I can say is "WOW"!! Therapy is a process that I believe in and is solely based on the work I've done with my sessions and coaching received from Ms. Jackson. I thought at first it would be "I talk, while she listens " sort of situation. Not only does she listen, she gives valid and pertinent information towards what exactly we are discussing. In short, Pam Jackson has answers, clear knowledge of topics, and is able to not only decipher, but connect the dots during our sessions which ultimately leads to clarity and conclusions. Truly a remarkable experience that I have been privileged to experience with this therapist!
